Exhibit Area: Each exhibitor is given a 6 foot table with a black skirt & 2 chairs. The exhibit is customizable to your company; you can bring anything within reason to make your exhibit appealing - inclduing table coverings, banners, carpets, signs & displays. Same as 2011, the Expo Area is separate from the main conference room and in the same area as the refreeshments table. The only way to enter into the conference room is to pass through the expo room. This eliminates any "bad" table placement!
